Williams-Sonoma Cooking Classes

Join one of our cooking classes and learn the latest techniques for preparing a selection of innovative recipes.  Classes are held from 6:30 to 8:30pm unless otherwise noted.  Registered participants receive a 10% discount on regularly-priced items purchased immediate after the class.  For more details, please see an associate or call the Jefferson Pointe Williams-Sonoma at (260) 459 – 6311.

A common kitchen ingredient, eggs have become a cooking staple and are nutritional powerhouses, full of protein, vitamins, and minerals.  The recipes featured in this class, from the new cookbook Trends: Eggs, are a great way to start your day.

 

Menu:   Garden Scramble, Bacon, Mushroom, and Sweet Onion Frittata, Asparagus and Leek Quiche, Eggs Baked in Prosciutto Nests and Herbed Tomato Strata.

 

Essentials of Latin: Dinner Party                Hamish Matousek

The dinner menu features traditional Latin recipes from our Essentials of Latin cookbook.  Latin dishes are fresh – with just the right amount of spice – and are full of flavor.

 

Menu:   Quesadillas with Poblano chilies, Watercress and Orange Salad with Toasted Pepita Seeds and Jalapeno and Kahlua and Rum Flan.

 

Cooking From The Farmers’ Market           Hamish Matousek

There’s no better source for peak-of-season produce than your local farmers’ market.  Featuring recipes from our Cooking from the Farmers’ Market cookbook, this class will teach you how to keep preparations simple so the garden-fresh flavors will shine.

 

Menu:   Roasted Chicken Breasts with Fresh Beans and Sage, Spaghetti with Arugula-Mint Pesto, Beef and Sweet Potato Stir-Fry, Sweet Dark Cherry Clafouti and Warm Plums with Honey and Greek Yogurt.

For classes call (260) 459 – 6311 or please visit our store.  Classes cost $35.00 per person.  Pre-payment is required to reserve class space.  Class spaces are sold on a first come, first serve basis.

 

We realize that cancellations sometimes occur.  If your cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the class, we will happily give you a full refund or apply the fee to another class.  Otherwise the payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable. 

The menus are subject to change due to availability or ingredients and/or at the chef’s discretion
